Directions to Peniel from Pittsburgh Airport

Take route 60 South toward Pittsburgh.

When approaching the Fort Pitt tunnel get into the Right lane.

At the end of the tunnel cross the bridge.

At the end of the bridge, turn Right onto 376 E. to Monroeville – Exit 6A.

Follow 376 East to Monroeville past the Turnpike sign onto Route 22 East.

Do NOT get onto the Turnpike.

Continue straight on Route 22 East. (DO NOT take the exit for Business 22)

Follow Route 22 East for approximately 45 miles.

You will get off at the 2nd Johnstown Exit – Route 403 South

Follow Route 403 South into Johnstown – about 9 miles.

As you approach the town you will see a water treatment plant on your right. 

Dive about ¼ mile and you will see a steel plant on your left and cross over railroad tracks.

Continue about 100 yards and you will see a billboard sign on your right.

Make the Left turn here onto Cooper Avenue.  (There is no street sign)

Travel ½ mile and you will come to Peniel on your Right.

Note:  If you miss your left turn onto Cooper Avenue and pass a commercial gas station “Pacific Pride” on your left you have gone too far.  You may turn around here and then bear to the right which will put you onto Cooper Avenue toward Peniel.
